If I could give more stars, I would. Our roof needed to be replaced yrs. ago. We had several roofers come by and once we told them we had Allstate, you could see the interest diminish. Many told us Allstate was difficult to get approved. Casey, from Elite Exteriors, came by and I gave my same speech. Casey wasn't deterred at all. In fact, he explained what would likely happen and that Elite knew how to handle claims that get denied. He was confident. It was a process, but along the journey, Casey communicated with us and in the end, we got an approval. Our roof was replaced yesterday and it's absolutely beautiful. This was the smoothest business transaction i have encountered. Casey went the extra mile to help us choose roofing, and explain everything start to finish. He was prompt in communications and followed through with all he promised. Even though he wasn’t feeling well, he parked his car outside and oversaw the work from 7:30am until completion at 5:30pm. He even came back later to personally pick up some left over supplies that were sceduled to be retrieved the next day because they were hindering my getting into my garage. The clean up, which was significant, was thorough.
